• No refunds are issued to competitors unless an event has had to be cancelled or postponed. In either of these instances, entry fees shall be refunded in full by the organisers upon request. Refunds shall be paid within 28 days of the written request by the competitor to the organiser for the refunded monies and shall be made by company cheque from Detail Events Ltd payable to the individual requesting the refund. These refunds shall be made to the person requesting the refund only and not as team aggregate amounts.
• Entries may be transferred between competitors at any time prior to an event, save with the express instruction of the event organiser that this is not the case, announced publicly through the event website or individually, in writing, to the competitor(s) in question.
• No partial refunds on entries are available, but a credit may be given towards future events at the discretion of the organiser.
• The organiser, unless otherwise stated, shall be known as Detail Events Ltd of Suite 1, 2 Cayley Court, George Cayley Drive, Clifton Moor, York, YO30 4WH.
• Refund policy is subject to change at the discretion of the organiser and such changes shall be published within this refund policy.
• Refunds may be given if extenuating circumstances are brought to the attention of the organisers one month prior to the event.
• The terms and conditions of this refund policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
